Job Description:
This Maintenance Project Manager role is part of a specialized team of facilities management experts responsible for the care of over one hundred healthcare facilities in Southern Maine along with several other specialized facilities including governmental and technical industrial.

Work is varied, including—but not limited to—: Managing and performing light construction (room use modification, door install/removal, etc.), water damage remediation/repair, painting, general troubleshooting and repairs.

Project management requires reviewing plans, coordinating staff & contractors, and onsite management of project team. This role is vital to our Management Team as it assists in bridging the gap between us and what goes on in the field. You will be part of a small team of leaders who are at the forefront of business retention and growth.

The work is often fast-paced, varied and challenging. Our technicians enjoy the constant change to environment and type of task. Our maintenance work allows the healthcare professionals we service to do the amazing work that they do in an environment that is safe and comfortable.
This is a year-round, recession-proof, full time position with the following benefits:

Most work is located within 15 miles of Portland and performed in a healthcare setting.

• Commercial construction experience
• Preferably basic experience and knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC
• Ability to lead/manage a team/project
• Great communication skills
• Professionalism and close attention to detail

• Solid work ethic
• Ability to problem solve
• A valid driver's license
• Computer/tablet/smartphone literacy
• Ability to work with a team or independently
