Key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting building systems and documenting findings in detailed reports
- Using Microsoft Office to complete inspection forms in the field
This is a full-time position with a work-life balance. All necessary tools and a company vehicle are provided, so you can focus on the work without worrying about transportation.
Because we are a 24/7 on-call business, all technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure we can serve our clients at all times.
Requirements
What You Bring:

- Professional with a high moral character
- Detail-oriented and able to complete reports accurately
- Excellent communicators and self-motivated
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to use tablets/smartphones
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Hold a valid driver’s license
